FYI: Ask for a Room with an ODD Number, your room will face the Old City instead of facing the Pierre Laporte & Quebec Bridges.- Ana ProcopioOctober 7, 2014Wonderful and modern hotel! The higher floors gives the best views o the old Quebec. Excellent location, walking distance to the Citadelle. Nice breakfast and fast wifi internet.

Albatole GorbanSeptember 15, 2017The receptionists were friendly welcoming.the room size is ok the bed is comfy.the maintenance is very bad.they don't offer slippers no complementary water.the kettle for the tea ☕️ is not working.

I'd rather stay in an hotel a bit dirtier but with a working Internet connection. --> that's how frustrating it is.- Albatole GorbanSeptember 15, 2017The socket of the electrical plugs need to be changed to be updated for the smartphone .the bathroom is dirty. doors need to be oiled to get red if the sounds .the 🚿very hard to pull for the opening.
