Highly recommend this place - great food, atmosphere and beautifully romantic location. The background story of the place is unbelievable too, Patrice Aroca (Director) explained it all.
Used to be a really tasty restaurant until it gained popularity with the int'l known film Amelie Poulain. The food is still good but not great. Take a strawberry mojito their, it is a cosy atmosphere!
The hype is justified. The food was very good (prix fixé lunch very good value), the service courteous and the seating very nice. If you don't get a table outside, try the ones close to the entrance.
Very trendy and fashion-conscious crowd. Casual dining and drinking, with a good selection of wines. Good service, despite the fact it was packed on Sunday night. 40-60€ for a 3-course meal.
Very nice and famous place of Le canal Saint Martin. The quite lighted atmosphere matches With the good and reasonable prices of the food. Plus, the service is always nice. You have to go there !
We were really excited for dinner here but the drinks and food were just OK. That's fine as the interior is wonderful and the location by the canal sublime.
Start w/ either the tuna tartar or the paresan ravioli & the lamb for the main. Just ace! Their wine list is also pretty decent. One only downer is the noise, some of the bartenders are too loud.
