Good for home especially Esse machines and milk-based drinks. this blend of Sumatra and central American beans is full- bodied with a bittersweet dark caramel finish.

Espresso‎

Our beverage, including the following espressos and lattes, are available decaffeinated

Not a bean type but rather a process of brewing quickly under pressure. Good espresso is heavy bodied and has the bittersweet characteristics of dark roasted coffee with a golden "crema" foam sealing in the flavor until it is consumed. We use 7 grams of freshly ground beans for each "shot" or "dose. " (About 1/2 oz. Of espresso. ) A "double" espresso is 2.1/2 oz. Of espresso.

Capuccino

Contains 1/3 espresso, 1/ 3 steamed milk, and 1 /3 foam. We use 2% milk. Specify a "single" or a "double" dose of espresso

Mocha Sparrow

Our specialty! - Contains a single or double espresso with our own melted chocolate fudge sauce steamed into whole milk. Available hot, iced or frozen.

Caffe Latte

Served in a 12oz. Cup, our latte contains a double dose of espresso with steamed milk and just a cap of foam. We use 2% milk unless skim or whole is requested.
