Has some really nice stores for its location, I recommend the Michael Kors and banana republic store. As well as stop at this small bobba tea spot and get their honeydew bobba tea.

I was accosted by every single manicure set salesman, cell phone provider, hair straightening service, baby modeling agency...and this was within the first 10 minutes!

Pros: the best & only major mall in Springfield. Less crowded than an average shopping mall. Cons: poor setup of amenities including toilets & customer service front desk. Can't locate floor directory

Don't forget about the elevator in the back of Sears, there's another one in the back of Lord & Taylor. The one near the food court sucks!
