The hotel is Okay. But pay £ 9.95 per device per day to access the Internet? Absurd! If I knew it I wouldn't stay here. Forget it.

£8 to use the gym as a resident, even though it is 3/4 shut due to refurbishment. Tip left on a £10 charge for poor quality WiFi. Everything is a further charge.

Bent doorman put airport in minicabs,further supported by management who won't let licensed taxi driver use their facilities

While the location is ideal, the hotel is not. £9.99 a day for wifi, £32 a day for parking (which is not even valeted), and ATROCIOUS soundproofing in the rooms. Not worth the price.

You have to pay £8 if you want to use their own pool. Even if you are staying there! Poor expensive wifi. Small rooms.

Das Hotel liegt super zur High Street Kensington. Man läuft nur 5 Minuten. Das Hotel ist an sich ok. Zimmer Ultra klein und auf manchen Etagen mega hellhörig. Ansonsten nettes Personal.

L'hotel e' in un posto strategico in quanto e' a pochi passi dalla metro. Le stanze pero' sono microscopiche... Non ci torno, c'e molto di meglio! Non sembra proprio un 4 stelle. I bagni fanno cagare!
