Room Service: do NOT order the burrito. It's real bad. I feel like I need to shave my tongue to get rid of the godawful taste!
Muzmania R.ADecember 10, 2010Have to agree with the rest. A let-down for a major hotel chain, basic basic amenities; i.e. old skool TV. Internet chargeable @ RM25 per hour?! Front desk reluctant to give complimentary internet.
Laundry service closes at 8pm.. Make sure you send your clothes before then.

Don't come now the hotel is nice but a lot of noisy rennovation going on

poor receipient service. didnt bother to check booking fax, instead asking the guest for the bookies no. old school tv. carpet with wet damp smell.
