Make sure to ask for a non smoking room away from an elevator. It can also get really cold at night so make sure to ask for extra blankets. The pillows can be a bit uncomfortable so just use one.

Greg GJuly 11, 2015Nice and clean hotel. Free WiFi. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection of hot and cold items.- It's a nice hotel, I am regular here. However, (and this is a big) the pillows are so hard and are TERRIBLE. The pillows are very hard d for $130 USD a night it's the least you deserve tell reception!

They are WAY faster with room service. The same guy waits tables and delivers room service.. Need more staff.
- Bring your own pillows the pillows are soooo hard and will hurt your neck!!
- Try to get discounted rate using HH Honours points or book early great hotel however it is very expensive!!
