Storm C.November 14, 2017I would have preferred the room to be a bit cleaner but the staff is great. I became sick while on vacation and had to stay longer than I planned and everyone there was so polite and very helpful.- We were delighted with the shops and great restaurants all within easy walking distance. Metro station across the street. Super nice staff who kept checking in with us to ensure our satisfaction.

Sadat SJuly 27, 2011Poor customer service. Had to wait forever to check-in. Then they gave somebody else the same room as ours. That was really awkward!!
