Apparently, when this Hilton reserves rooms for a group, all of the rooms will miraculously be ready at 3. If your group arrives at 2:30, everyone will wait in the cramped lobby without enough seating

Great for Game Weekends. They decorate the place and have afternoon specials for food and drink.

Tub backed up while in it. They had no necessities. I was told to go to a local gas station and buy my own. Not like Hilton. Upsetting.

I stay in LOTS of Hampton/HGI properties - this one falls short. Dining staff is good, all else mediocre.
