Staff and service are brilliant. However, the food is average at best and the beds and pillows I personally found uncomfortably soft.

Using this Hilton purely for business meetings? Next time, check out Silver Mere Inn on the Lake, just down the road, great food, friendly staff, not crowded ;) and the VIEW :0

The room is old and stinks. The bed is terrible. Furniture is run down. The shower hardly works. At least the staff is nice and helpful; the park is is nice.

Felt like a budget hotel. Shan't be staying here again! Very disappointing.
