Group Centergy

Redefine your self w/ group centergy. Grow longer & stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga & pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics & supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress & even smile. Discover group centergy!

Group Kick

Group kick brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts & boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining & shaping your body & self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors & a group environment will keep you punching, kicking & smiling! Group kick will knock you out!

Group Ride

Everyone finishes first in group ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains & spin your way to burning calories & strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors & an inspiring group environment lets you ride on!

Group Groove

If you can move, you can groove. You”ll stomp, flick, wiggle, jiggle, hip, hop, snap, shimmy, shake, slide, glide, smile & laugh your way through this 60 minute fitness dance program. Experience a fusion of club, urban & latin dance styles w/ motivating chart topping hits & retro classic tunes. Supportive, funky, easy going instructors help you get a move on! With group groove

Group Power

Group power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment w/ fantastic music & awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses & curls, group power is for all ages & fitness levels. Discover results, discover group power!

Group Step

Discover new heights w/ group step! Utilizing the step in many positions & heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens & shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music & motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way w/ group step

Membership Class

Couple

Is defined as husband & wife and/or domestic partners. Must show proof of residing at the same residence

Full Membership

Includes full club services & hours for adults w/ some children’s restrictions

Senior Memberships

Senior single must be 60 or more years of age. Senior couple requires one person to be 60 or more years old & the 2nd person to be at least 53 years old. Club hours are monday through thursday & full hours friday, saturday & sunday

Young Professional Membership

Young adults ages 18-29 years old & their families. We have a great plan for you that is very affordable! Full hours use of the facility

Monthly Dues Payment Options

Automatic withdrawal – from a checking account. Automatic withdrawal – by credit card. Visa, master card, discover & american express are accepted. Annual pay – pay the entire year up front & save 10% on annual dues. Leave of absence is not available for members on annual pay

Family

Is defined as a couple membership, which includes dependent children under the age of 20 years & who reside at the same residence. Club usage hours & some facilities are restricted for children under the age of 16

Midday Membership

Includes full club services during midday hours of 8:30 a.M. – 3:30 p.M. monday – friday & full weekend hours

Associate Memberships

For young adults ages 18-24 whose parents are active hac members. Fitness just became very affordable

Price Changes

All prices, both dues & enrollment fees, are subject to change without notice

Passes

(Does not include use steam, sauna, or spa & includes classes only)

Group X Studio Pass Only

Guest Policy

Guests under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult

Water Aerobic Class Pass Only
