Phil OhmeAugust 29, 2011Here's a tip: Forget Hertz. "No lines" yeah right! Waited 30min because my name didn't come up on the board even though I am "#1 Club Gold." I can see that status means alot! Car flagged too @ exit!
Line is slow. Only one person at the counter. Live kiosks say one minute wait but had no operator after five minutes
