Gold club check-in is in the middle of the garage - in the heat - while regular check-in is inside in the AC. :-(

Upgraded to a convertible and literally worked half the time. Called to complain/replace and zero response and on hold for over an hour each time. Go to Enterprise. Hertz was a huge dissappointment

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Stole $111 from me via "upgrade fee" for a compact car that was the only one available. Refuses to assist me. Manager David Lee refused to help and gave me fake cell number
