Incredible service! They let me keep my toddler un hus car seat and drive us to te airport so I wouldn't have to juggle him and the luggage on the shuttle!

Unfortunately the provider of my worst Hertz experience ever. The included pic is Gold customers all with pre-arranged reservations waiting 45 mins for a car. Leave extra time.
An employee was trying to ask me a question upon my returning my rental... I have NO idea what he was asking. Hope it wasn't too important, cuz I ended up just pulling away and parking in the line.
Here's a tip I hope Hertz reads: they need to run more shuttles. 30 mins from curb at airport to Hertz exit (President's Circle so I didn't even visit counter) is unacceptable. They need to staff up.
AVOID! I have to go here because of corporate policy, but everytime they waste your time. 3+ times they haven't had my car ready, always a "rush". And they try to charge for fuel without reason..
Annie is less than helpful, Bob's computer doesn't communicate with Annie's, and their walkie talkies have dead batteries. 1.5 hours of my Time wasted here, what a poorly managed location!
Worst Hertz location I've ever encountered. Running two busses on a Saturday when every other agency has 10 going. Refused to give me the size vehicle I actually paid for. Go with Avis!
