- Steve MedlockDecember 3, 2013This HertZ is terrible. Since when is a reservation not a reservation? I've waited 50 minutes for my car, so far. They gave my rental away the first time. No apologies, no customer service.

- Julian HeinNovember 23, 2015Been there twice as a gold member with an active reservation and my name was not on the board. Definitely not the best managed Hertz location. I complained and they gave me a cheap upgrade, though.
- Consistently the slowest Hertz location. Even with Gold there is always some issue. On two separate occasions, staff didn't know the difference between a child seat and a booster seat.
