Contrary to the other reviews, I never have an issue when renting from this hertz they're very cooperative
Steve MedlockDecember 3, 2013This HertZ is terrible. Since when is a reservation not a reservation? I've waited 50 minutes for my car, so far. They gave my rental away the first time. No apologies, no customer service.
Luke LibraroMarch 22, 2014Not great. Had to wait 45 minutes for my reservation, during which they tried to sell me paid upgrades. Then I had to switch cars twice and wait in line to exit.

Julian HeinNovember 23, 2015Been there twice as a gold member with an active reservation and my name was not on the board. Definitely not the best managed Hertz location. I complained and they gave me a cheap upgrade, though.
Consistently the slowest Hertz location. Even with Gold there is always some issue. On two separate occasions, staff didn't know the difference between a child seat and a booster seat.
