This Hertz has the mobile alerts system. I got an email with the make, stall location and model of the car by email. By following a link I was also able to select from an inventory of available cars.
tip - dont rent from here! if you do, wash the car floors or whatever the hell they want to avoid $50 cleaning charge. others charged for outside dings so make sure to do detailed pre-trip report also
For those that look at Managers special , know that at each location it will be the type of car they have the most of. In Denver that is a truck or minivan
I just think it's ridiculous how impossible it is to speak to an actual person at this location. I called 5 times and I just kept getting transferred to the people in India.
The people there are ridiculously rude and have no knowledge of the cars they have to offer...Very busy, and it's always a fight for decent cars at the president's circle
Don't expect things to go your way or for you to get out in a hurry. Lots of employees more concerned about heating the coffee than helping the long line of customers.
The first car had an electrical problem which cost me $15 for a new AC/USB adapter and an hour of drive time. The 2nd car was an empty stall but the 3rd car worked. No apologies from the first rep.
Trying to rent a car here is crazy the on line representatives get frustrated because of their lack of training. The lady trying to direct traffic in the lobby only confuses everyone Book on line!
Note that the courtesy shuttle buses can only pick-up passengers on Island 4 on both sides of the terminal. Passenger drop-off/unloading is done at the baggage claim curb.
I hate this place. Its 90 degrees inside so people are impressed with the new fountain in the waiting area which is me... bright red and mad as hell about every Hertz being a suitable hell.
Be prepared to walk in circles just to get to a stall that has no car...come on people it's freezing over here where's my f#%king car!!!! Brrrrrrrr fmao
Understaffed. And those that are here? Clearly haven't had their coffee. Been waiting two hours with the worst customer service I've ever seen and still no car.
