- Mark Ravin always comes through when I need him to. MINI dealerships have been some of the nicest dealerships of any make I've ever dealt with, but this dealership in particular is has been great!

If you're going to get a car here make sure you get the sales person Hadi Eslami. He is the best of the best and really knows how to take care of his clients

Service advisers are the best I've seen of all dealerships I've been in, bar none.

They will not haggle much on price, but you make it up in service. I have tons of stuff covered for free that most places would have charged me handsomely.

Alok KapoorJuly 3, 2013Poor service. Last time I picked my car up they didn't do the work, or even tell me (replace the tire)... A week later there is now a tire (after I called and then stopped in). Avoid if possible.
If you're waiting for your car, take a quick walk to Clear Flour Bakery
If your car is out of warranty, expect an extremely low ball trade-in offer.
Gruesome place. Having monopoly this firm has abandoned all sense of responsibility to its clients.
The customer service at the service dept. is mediocre at best!
