Hearthstone Vineyard was founded in the western hill of Paso Robles. Natural farming methods and modest inputs are used to derive deep, rich flavors from Zinfandel, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Brunello, Viognier, and Roussanne.
