From the therapeutic touch of a skilled massage therapist to the age-defying benefits of our pure md facials, our day spa menu offers a variety of services to help you enhance your personal well being.

Beyond the treatment room, allow yourself to enjoy the healing waters experience. From the moment you walk in the door you will find yourself immersed in luxury. Each client changes into one of our ultra comfortable microfiber robes and is welcomed by their therapist with a warming footbath. All services conclude with delicate chimes and personal wellness recommendations. Best of all, our friendly and dedicated staff are available to tend to your needs and ensure you the best spa experience possible. It's time to live well.

Reservations

Please call to book your appointment; select services may also be booked online. We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment—no exceptions.

Check-In

To get the most from your spa experience, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you the opportunity to relax in the lounge and enjoy a footbath and heated neck wrap prior to your service. Check in on facebook at healing waters spa and cosmetic clinic—wichita upon arrival and receive a $5 credit towards the purchase of any pure md skin care products on the day of your visit.

Cell Phones

Out of respect for all our guests, cell phones and pagers should be turned o while in the spa.

Valuables

Lockers are provided for storage of personal items while at the spa; however, we recommend that you leave valuables at home. Healing waters will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items from the spa.

Gratuity

To show your appreciation to the sta for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. For parties of four or more a 20% gratuity will be automatically charged.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past the start of your scheduled time and we are unable to accommodate your service, your appointment will be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be charged. When we are able to accommodate a late arrival, footbath will not be included and the full value of your treatment will be charged. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.

Attire

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments the body is kept fully draped except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided in the locker rooms to wear before and after treatments.

Comfort

Your spa experience is your time and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or any other condition please tell your therapist immediately.

Children

Childcare‎ services are not provided. Out of respect for our guests, we ask that children not accompany you to a scheduled appointment. Please visit our website for policies and details on minors receiving services.

Let us help you plan the perfect party for any occasion. The relaxation lounge may be privately booked for special events. Contact the spa director to make your reservations.

Spa Referral Rewards

To show our appreciation for your personal endorsements, you’ll receive a $20 gift certiﬁcate each time you refer a new client for day spa services. Simply make sure your name is mentioned at check-in. Rewards are not provided for medical services per state board guidelines.

Return Policy

Any unused item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with a receipt of purchase. Any used item may be returned within 30 days for spa credit with a receipt of purchase.

Spa Gift Cards

Gift‎ cards may be purchased in any denomination online, by phone, or at the spa. Spa gift cards expire ﬁ ve years after date of purchase, are non-refundable, and may be used towards services or retail.
