Tour is interesting. You get ~20 min at the taps for a tasting of a limited selection of their beer. Ask the people pouring for one if the combinations. The pretzels in the beer garden are $4 and okay
Complimentary tastings twice a day that is all you can taste in an hour. A very informative staff excited about the beer. It's out of the way but so worth it.

Tour is no longer worth $5 even though this is the only beer I like. You don't get the full tour of the brewery anymore and you don't get to keep the tasting glass.
Contrary to what the website says, they tend to sell out by 12:30 for all tours on weekends. By early 2013, they'll be opening a beer hall here that will sell pints.
Great staff, extremely knowledgeable and friendly along with a generous supply of tastings, don't leave Boston without a sip from the gods sweet nectars.
Growlers available to go at one of the best prices around. $7.99 for great, fresh beer. Some of the specialty beers are little more. I fill up every time I am in the area.

You can rent the back room for meetings. Good A/V equipment, though the acoustics leave a lot to be desired. Still, the benefit of having beer on tap a few feet away should never be discounted.
