Allows dogs with no pet fee. Clean. Free breakfast. Use the pool/hot tub during the day when there are no loud kids there, if possible. College kids drink & smoke outside the entrance at night.

Hotel has some age but the rooms are very large. Not much else but a typical nights worth.
