A “bring your lunch pale to work” ale, our take on the pale ale is medium bodied and not overly hoppy. A blue-collar attitude with just a touch of down home hospitality, our flagship is a complex, versatile offering that is good for all occasions. It is at home at the tailgate, cutting the grass, or at that dinner party you were forced to attend. American cascade hops are all full flavor display. A balanced mix of malts create biscuit and caramel flavors to balance it all out and keep you coming back for more.

A hop-forward offering bursting with willamette and cascade hops, our india pale ale is a nod to the old world with a new world twist. crisp and refreshing, the ipa packs an aromatic and flavorful punch reminiscent of the pine and floral bouquets of the original British-style. but we’ve added a little American flair with some west coast hops, infusing citrus intimations to cut the British aggression. it finishes nice and dry with just enough bready backbone balance it out.

An ode to the spirited souls of appalachia, snake handler is a worthy adversary that only the bravest dare to tame. one bite is all it takes, then you are defenseless to resist. heaps of American hops and loads of premium malts struggle with one another to reign supreme, but to no avail. a double ipa bursting with orangey, piney, floral goodness, snake handler is big, balanced, and dangerously drinkable.

Good people’s hoppiest offering, the hitchhiker is a west coast style IPA. a huge citrus presence headlines the flavor. pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, and orange all assert themselves both in the bold aroma and the robust flavor, start to finish. this ipa finishes nice and dry, leaving your mouth puckering for more. a fan favorite, hitchhiker is our spring seasonal. it is great for the warm Alabama spring, as you happily slip back into shorts for the first time of the year and head down to your local watering hole.

The season of the harvest, fall is the time for reaping and rye. it is also the season for college football. so here at good people, we wanted a way to combine the two. the result is a spicy and hoppy IPA that is perfect for tailgating or carving pumpkins. this hop-forward rye IPA takes the spicy, earthy flavor of rye and puts it on full display while balancing it with the hop presence of the American IPA. what comes of this marriage is a uniquely flavorful, refreshing, and surprisingly easy to drink beer that is perfect for fall. take it to a tailgate or a halloween hayride.
