I like the new treadmills & ellipticals because they have your own personal tv. You can listen to it or plug in your mp3 & listen as it charges. Makes my cardio time go by quickly. :)
While equipment can break, they are very quick on repairs. They keep it VERY clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful.- iPhone 5's (any devices with Lightning interfaces) are not supported on the cardio equipment. Bring an adapter if you want to plug it in.
- Towel service is awesome, but can't keep up with demand during peak hours. Bring your own towel just in case.

The yoga class at night is great. Hit the sauna before class for maximum bendiness- Tae's spin class is the best on Thursday nights at 7:15 pm.
If you're looking fir a trainer Shane Begley is the best. He kicks ass and gets results
- Great facility and always clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, too!
Last day here. Need to see manager on site to cancel membership. #horrible
