Highly recommend this gym. Always clean and they have a very friendly staff . Plus who can pass up a great membership fee of $20 that includes classes and tanning !

Make sure to cancel your membership multiple times since this place loves to over-charge your accout, "lose" your cancellation papers, and act ignorant about everything.
If your interested in getting fit come talk to Harold, ask for me at the front desk and save you money on a membership.
Mornings are the best time to work out, low population n good crowd.
Don't even approach the bench unless you can put up at least two and a quarter
The sauna is amazing. Once you figure how to turn it on. Ask. It's worth it.
With the New Year Resolutions it's been a busy place. Can't wait for this trend to end.
