This location is amazing compared to the thousand oaks one. The thousan oaks gym is a joke. I love this place.
Least crowded hours seem to be after 10 until about 4. Also usually very few people on the Weekends.- James is a FANTASTIC trainer.. and I am super picky.
The steam room and sauna are clutch after a solid workout!- Took Dana's yoga class. Intense yoga! Sure she was a dancer!
