The admin is horrible. They say dog friendly, then when you want a dog they say you're building isn't dog friendly(but they allow cats). Apartments are falling apart. DO NOT RENT HERE. Keep looking!- Good maintenance, good price (given the area), pretty low quality apartments. I personally wish they offered the option to pay for there amenities because the fitness centers and pools are jokes!

Don't get a single apartment! For 400 to 600 bucks more, you can triple your living space and have room for a roommate.
The service maintenance team is awesome! So prompt and efficient.
GeeJanuary 3, 2016I can't think of anything good to say. The maint team used to be quick but that changed. The admin team lacks cust service skills. Office staff don't return calls. Rent elsewhere, I will be.- Maintenance is good. Everything else is piss poor. Anyone who writes good stuff about this place either works here or is a complete tool. Not worth the headache. Looks are very deceiving!
