Poor service for price level. Food quality not there in the restaurant we chose. I’ll stay another place when I return to Miami Beach.

Not a secure beach. They/beach staff have stolen my iphone XS. Nobody even the manager cared about it. Becareful with your stuff that can disappear!

Very disapointed by the way my case was handled when i reported my ipod was stolen from the locked compartment by valet personel i would never expected this from a 5 star hotel Not even an apology Smh
