I was very pleased by the way FJ handled my car trouble yesterday. The service advisor was very helpful, and I can recommend FJ's service dept without reservation.
They have a really great super-automatic espresso machine in the waiting room stocked with Metropolis coffee.

If Mario Bova is handling your financing ask for someone else though they're all sharks. The absolute worst place to buy a car. Go to the suburbs. Avoid at all cost! Good for service but overpriced- If you drive a certified pre-owned VW, beware of exclusions in the warranty. FJ is refusing to cover a cracked engine cover on my 2008 GTI.
