- Doric RealtySeptember 22, 2011Great place to meet people and always filled with beautiful women. Prepare for the Center tower wind tunnel, then enjoy a bay view David Barton Gym on the 8th Floor together with two exemplary pools.
- Tatiana StewartFebruary 28, 2015It's a busy place to live. You are central to south beach & have all the amenities you need. However, prices can creep up on you - common areas, pet fees, parking fee, association.
- Eric OxenbergMarch 20, 2012New managers are cracking down on party tenants, signing quieter residents, tightening security and cutting some of the deadwood staff. A better atmosphere these days.
- The view from the apt. Is unbelievable! It faces the bay side. If you're a visitor valet sucks about $20/a day but I get away with it bc I park in the resident garage & never been towed heheh
- Rocky rock RockMay 19, 2010Go to Flamingo Towers and make sure to bring your binoculars, then proceed to creep on the residents that live in the wings. Good fun, makes you feel like a spy...but you're just a creeper.
- Abbey Gadinsky-SnyderMarch 13, 2015Great short term rentals on a fabulous full amenity 15 acre property.
- Building like college dorms. Only place to live is center tower floor 17 upwards. Floor 21 upwards premium condos with granite & marble. BEWARE though. Management shocking.....
- if you lock yourself out... It's $125. Not fun. Also Valet suckssss it's really expensive
- DO NOT RENT HERE. Police there all the time, rude, dirty, not secure, noisy and above all nobody cares to help you. Complete disaster - RUN A MILE!
- Never lock your apartment with the key inside. They will charge you $100 to open it.
