The Wines

White Wines

Luminous (Piesporter)

Light-bodied white wine that has a delicate bouquet. Semi-sweet w/ hints of melon & a tartness that makes for a crisp finish.

Seven Lakes White (Chardonnay)

Fresh, well-balanced w/ tropical citrus aromas & flavors. Undimmed by oak, the fruit quality of the grape comes through & the rich, round mouth feel lingers to a long, crisp finish.

Gazebo White (Riesling)

Light, semi-sweet wine that features a delicate, fruity aroma & a fresh, crisp finish. A versatile wine that pairs well w/ an array of dishes.

Orange Label White (Sauvignon Blanc)

Classic, semi-dry wine that has an herbaceous nose & subtle hints of lavender. Excellent w/ seafood & well seasoned poultry dishes.

Celebrate (Viognier)

Full-bodied & highly aromatic, this fruit-forward wine boasts great floral notes. Layers of flavor linger on the palate. Pairs well w/ spicy foods.

Lotus Blossom (White Merlot)

This delightful blush captures the rich aroma of the merlot grape. A blend that finishes slightly sweet, light & refreshing. A perfect rosé when served chilled. Red wines

Red Wines

Holly Nouveau (Bergamais)Uveau

A light-bodied red wine that is served young to allow more of the fruitiness the bergamais grape to come out. An easy drinking wine the doesn't display any of the tannic characters of fuller bodied reds. Fenton red (merlot) medum-bodied red wine boasting a fruity flavor & velvety soft finish. A perfect sipping red.

Orange Label Red (Cabernet Zinfandel)

Smooth & rich w/ qualities of a robust cabernet rounded by the slightly spicy characteristics of the red zinfandel grape.

Summit Red (Pinot Noir)

Known for its fruit & berry notes, this medium-bodied red is rich & surprisingly smooth. Pairs well wih sweeter, lightly seasoned dishes.

Barrel Aged Red Wines

1545 North (Barolo)

An italian favorite made from the nebbiolo grape. This barrel aged version is aromoatic & delicious w/ light tannin undertones.

Mckinley Peak Red (Lodi Valley Red Zinfandel)

Barrel aged, dark, full-bodied wine loaded w/ the aroma of raspberries & peppers. Excellent young, but equally enjoyable aged.

Crimson Vine (Shiraz)

Medium-bodied, spicy on the palate & robust. Notes of warm berries & black pepper.

Autumn Breeze (Pomegranate Riesling)

Semi-sweet riesling blended w/ tart pomegranates.

Red Velvet (Cranberry Shiraz)

A blend of spicy, robust shiraz & tart cranberries creating the perfect marriage.

Chagrinned (Raspberry Zinfandel)

Blush wine offering succulent, mouth-watering flavors of sweet, ripe rasberries blended gracefully w/ the refreshing character of a white zinfandel.

Solo (Blackberry Merlot)

This is by far our best seller! A velvety soft, medium-bodied merlot mixed w/ rich, sweet blackberries. Wonderful w/ dark chocolate!

Wild Notez (Wildberry Shiraz)

A light, refreshing, fruity blend of wildberries & a robust shiraz.

Specialty Wines

First Frost (Riesling Ice Wine)

Sweet aromas & flavors of pear, honey & sugar drops combine for a real treat.

Winter Warmth (Cherry Chocolate Port)

Ruby red port style wine blended w/ cherries & deep, rich cocoa. It's like drinking a chocolate covered cherry yum!

The Beers

Oasis Wheat (ABV: 5.3%)

A thirst quenching, super light, slightly cloudy blonde beer w/ a refreshing flavor & a marvelous aroma.

Staggering Bull Imperial Nut Brown Ale (ABV: 7.4%; Ibu: 11)

Balanced w/ big body & plenty of hop character. The slight caramel & chocolate flavors are followed by a nutty aftertaste. This is a unique beer style that you'll have a hard time finding anywhere else.

Beach Head Belgian Tripel (ABV: 8.1%; Ibu: 11)

A belgian strong ale that is golden in color w/ a nice, creamy, white head. Hints of bitter sweet orange & a mild spiciness from the hops.

Eminent Double IPA (ABV: 8.5%; Ibu: 85)

A big, hoppy beer w/ full flavor & aroma from a wonderful blend of hops. The 5 hop additions make this a bitter beer, but it is well balanced w/ the high gravity.

Ignescent Amber (ABV: 5.3%; Ibu: 24)

An amber ale rich in taste & balanced by a blend of cascade & willamette hops for a great aftertaste & mouthfeel. There's a story behind the name of this one, but you have to spend the day brewing w/ matt to hear it.

Unbridled India Pale Ale (ABV: 6.1%; Ibu: 69)

No restraints on this one. Plenty of hops are used in this beer, from the bittering to the flavor & aroma hops. Nice, well balanced, copper colored & w/ a smooth hop bitterness.

Midnight Wheat Porter (ABV: 6.7%; Ibu: 29)

A robust porter w/ a unique twist due to the grain bill that consists of 25% wheat. Chocolate malted milkshake flavors, ultra-dense mouthfeel, silky texture, & a midnight sky color.

Head on Collision Black IPA (ABV: 8.5%; Ibu: 70)

Consider this a collision of a big, malty stout & a bitter IPA. Dense, dark, hoppy & delicious. A generous helping of hops gives this the typical bitter bite of an IPA, but not too much as to overpower the toasty, stout like backbone. The brewer's favorite!

Rotating Beers

Petite Saison (ABV: 4.2%; Ibu: 15)

The latest in our light beer line up, this is an easy drinking beer meant as a refreshing thirst quencher. Light in hops, light in alcohol, a pint of this beer is great by itself, or w/ another.

Smoked Porter (ABV: 5.0%; Ibu: 41)

This porter starts w/ a nice, smoky aroma that hints at what's to come. Your first sip is met w/ a pleasant roastiness that says traditional porter, but a calm, smoky taste soon wafts over your palate & lets you know that this is something special!

Gluten for Punishment Cream Ale - Gluten Free Beer

We've had a lot of requests for a gluten free beer. So many, in fact, that we decided to develop a recipe to quench the thirst of those that can't have gluten. This beer used buckwheat that was malted in-house, rice syrup, honey & cascade hops.

Double Chocolate Oatmeal Stout (ABV: 6.0%; Ibu: 20)

Making a return from last winter, this oatmeal stout a twist into the typical stout. This full-bodied brew is layered w/ wheat, oats, & barley to lend body & roastiness, & is topped off w/ a heavy dose of dark chocolate in the boil kettle for a nice aroma & taste. A second dose of chocolate at kegging amps up the chocolate quotient.

Widowmaker Russian Imperial Stout (ABV: 11%; Ibu: 56)

This is the latest beer in the "high gravity series". This is a big beer that starts out as a bold russian imperial stout w/ loads of malt character & roastiness. To add to the complexity of this wonderful beer, leaf hops were soaked in bourbon & added to the secondary fermenter for a week to add a some complexity & create a deliciously smooth taste. Careful, this one's addictive!
