Another Expressly Leslie exclusive created in the Cafe, our Pita Pizzas and Pizza Bagels feature Matboukha (Moroccan "salsa") , Moroccan Eggplant, Middle Eastern sliced green olives, red bell pepper, Feta cheese and Mozarella cheese -- an amazing and much-loved combination! Vegan Pizzas substitute Hummus for Feta and Mozarella cheeses.

A dish we created right here at Expressly Leslie's, the Twisted Omelet has become a favorite! Like our Wraps, it is an easy-to-carry-and-eat satisfying meal. A three-egg Spinach, Mushroom and Feta Cheese Omelet is rolled up with Matboukha (Moroccan Salsa) in a Lebanese Pita. Mmm..mmm...good.

Our Expressly Leslie Plate offers generous samples of our Seven Daily Salads plus two additional Salads, nine in all! Our Seven Daily Salads include: Cucumber Salad (not vegan) , Ful, Hummus, Jerusalem Salad, Matboukha, Moroccan Eggplant and Spicy Olive Salad. Our two additional Salads will change daily and include many favorites you first tasted here as well as new items. At the end of the day, any of these rotating salads that remain will be moved into the Chik Chak Chow Refrigerator and will be available as long as they last for $4.00 / half pint.

Fatoush is derived from the Arabic fatt "crush" and a suffix of Turkic origin -ush. It refers to Pita croutons that are a prominent feature of this salad. Mixed greens and seasonal vegetables along with croutons make up a beautiful and delicious salad dressed with lemon, extra virgin olive oil, sumac and a hint of mint. Salad may vary seasonally.
