Great price, great gym. Staff has always been very helpful and pleasant! Could use more classes and class rooms to serve the large membership. Don't leave anything in the locker room or it will be stolen- Don't use the free tanning ! It encourages melanoma and it hurts having half of your side removed ! Pale is pretty.
- Norman WareJanuary 29, 2013Avoid this gym. The staff give different stories about membership details (i.e., when and for whom the annual fee is due), but they are all agreed on one thing: the customer is always wrong!
Be very careful with the management here. They will offer a short-term membership, then up sell you into a year-long commitment and make it very difficult to get out of it, even after that year is up.
Only complaint so far is that there is 1 water fountain in the entire gym. I just don't get it.
Don't park on the third row. Your car will be towed by wally world.
Staff is all smiles. Grateful for a reasonably priced gym membership.

Leteisha has the worst customer service. Business with them is business and ALL about your money not your satisfaction. I tried to quit three times but they kept changing the amount I owed to get out of my contract. They try to intimidate you.
Poor management and customer service here. Run, don't walk. Oh, and watch your credit card doesnt get stolen! Yeah, that happened...and they wanted fees on top of it. They're crooks plain and simple.- Frustrating. I have a basic month-to-month membership and needed to cancel because I'm moving away. For 2 weeks, they kept telling me "come back later only a manager can cancel you".
If I wasn't locked in for a yr I'd quit going, the most unorganized business I've ever witnessed in my life. I've had 2 conveniences already from them.. Run away & join a better gym!!!!!!
Mark ChristensenFebruary 9, 2013managers are rude and arrogant. If you ever want to cancell your membership, even after your contract is over, they will make it really hard on you,i would not recomend this GYM to anyone.- Tanning is free. Stand up or lay down. With membership.
- Make that inconveniences !! All 3 facilities are not on the same pg! So sloppy don't do it!!!
