Here is a tip for you 4 Square fans...For the freshest possible sausage, call the Shop at 414-384-7320 at noon on either a Thursday, Friday or Saturday and ask what Frank is making that day or week.

They make all their own sausage.They are known for their smoked and fresh sausage. They also make blood sausages if you are into that type of thing. They have limited hours and only take cash/checks.

European Sausage has the Best Polish Sausage in Wisconsin. It is real Fresh Polish Sausage not like the stuff at the grocery stores. They also have other types of sausage from other countries.
