Ordered two bagels and they charged me $10 for delivery w/o telling me even though they advertise free delivery. Talked a a hysterical lady named Sarah, who was very rude and not helpful.

The most amazing bagel I've ever had and I'm born and raised in NY. Try the tofuraisinwalnutcream cheese. The oat bran bagels are to die for. Crunchy outside and a soft moist inside. Perfection.
