N the 2 mo I've lived here, ppl have ran n2 the gate several times, breaking it at least twice and on recent occasion, demolished the column that supported the gate causing no gated community 2 wks.

- Available parking is practically non existent. If you ever have guests, please tell them not to park under covered parking or they WILL get towed. Thank you.
- The staff is pleasant. The apartments look pretty good for the most part.
