Lubbock Embassy Suites was the BEST. Everything was so clean and the hotel staff were exceptional--very nice and always attentive. I also enjoyed the afternoon bar and food and the breakfast food.

This is one of the best Hilton brand hotels I've ever stayed at. Exceptional customer experience. The staff bends over backward to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

The hotels restaurant Canaletto's is so. dang. bad. Just go somewhere else.
