Easy Peasy Decadent Desserts

Our menu varies week to week, but always includes fresh-baked croissant (chocolate or prosciutto) and veggie or prosciutto quiche. We also often feature cinnamon rolls, red velvet cinnamon rolls, scones, sweet potato biscuits, and other brunchy yummies. All cakes are baked fresh the day of your order and custom decorated to your taste. No cake is ever frozen, or stored in a cooler. Cake orders generally require 48 hours notice for Tuesday-Thursday orders (though we'll do our best to fit your order in if at all possible on shorter notice) . Weekend orders should be placed no later than the Tuesday before you need the cake. Please note that these are minimum timeframes, and during busier times of the year, more notice may be required. All cakes are two "wedding cake" layers (approximately 2" each, 5-6" total) , with a generous layer of buttercream or other filling in between

All of our cakes are beautifully decorated for your occasion, but sometimes our customers want a little (or a lot) more. Custom decoration includes things such as character cakes, themed cakes, fondant accents, or anything outside the bounds of our usual decoration. Though we have a price figured into our cakes for custom work, based on the size of the cake, extensive work may be charged extra

That's a good question, and the answer is, "It depends." We have three listings for average servings in each cake. The "generous" portion is a large slice, such as one might cut at a picnic or family celebration, and is approximately 3"x3" for square or sheet cakes, and a full slice for round cakes. The "party" portion is an appropriate size for a cocktail party, or other social event and is approximately 2"x2". The Wedding portion is approximately 1"x2" and is the typical size slice for this event

Sinfully delicious balls of dark chocolate, or white chocolate ganache, covered in toasted coconut, dark chocolate morsels, or crushed pistachio

All of our desserts are prepared using the freshest ingredients available: local fruits and produce, spices and natural flavors from independent merchants, homemade reductions and preserves. We bake the old-fashioned way, using butter, sugar, and lots of love. We can also bake gluten-free versions of most of our flavors by request. We feature six flavors in our store every week, but can bake other flavors for your order of a dozen or more.
