Lewis MusickJune 14, 2012I've stayed here many times. The front desk, restaurant and bar staff have always done everything they could to make me comfortable. One of the best hotels anywhere.
Front desk staff is great! Arrival experience is far better than most in Richmond. Try the latte's in their cafe, AMAZING!
Stephen KossuthJuly 21, 2013Stay here if cookies help you overlook an awful hotel. Perhaps those that posted nice things about this hotel sprinkled their warm cookies with paint chips from the decaying elevators and hallways.
Free, unrestricted street parking on Canal street on the other side of the VCU residence hall with the Chilis.

EddyNovember 1, 2014Poorly maintained. Stayed on the HHonors floor (15th), employees were keeping their lunches in the floor's lounge refrigerator which is meant for complimentary guest beverages (disgusting - smelled)

TimJuly 1, 2013Day time front desk staff was great. Night time staff was horrible. Agreed to send extra bed to room but later claimed they were out. Bartender was slow and doesn't know how to add.
