Go to The Bistro and have India make you an old fashioned. It’s one of the main reasons I stay at this hotel when I’m in Cincy.- Late night staff is very helpful and friendly but overall staff has issues keeping things straight and following through on their services. I travel every week and I rate it high for location and room

- Not highly recommended. Rooms are very nice but housekeeping starts knocking on your door by 7AM and morning and afternoon customer service at the front desk could use some training.
Very accommodating staff. I always enjoy staying here while in town for business.
I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year and this hotel has the best staff by far.- I rate it very low for kind courteous helpful staff. Will not be returning to this particular property EVER.
