- Teresa GoodwinJuly 25, 2012The staff here are absolutely amazing, and will help accommodate you, as well as try to help you with whatever you ask of them. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Impressive!
- Rachel HuckoAugust 27, 2013Helpful staff installed a fridge and microwave for us - just ask if you need one! Stayed with our 8week old daughter and everything & everyone was great!
- Toffee TianJanuary 12, 2012Can ask for cookies whenever you like. Cookies are warm and chunky I cant stop eating!
- James DohertyAugust 4, 2015Cozy. Stayed in a suite with a couple friends, we had a great time. Needed more chairs and tables, though.
- Paul ClementeMarch 16, 2013Stayed in the new renovated rooms, and they were great. They were spacious and the beds were great.
- AT&TSeptember 16, 2011Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.
- Staying in Pittsburgh for a convention? This is the best hotel in the downtown area, hands down!
- Jeffrey HendershotSeptember 10, 2013Very nice (I'm a diamond member so I've got a good sample size to compare with)
- Try the Grilled Cheese appetizer and the Spicy Tomato Bisque at the Bigelow Grille...awesome
- Jolie ÉliseAugust 24, 2012Great location and attentive staff. New renovation looks great. Highly recommend.
- Loved the sweet dreams mattress and my room had flat panel tv, not flat screen...Great salads at the Bigelow Grille!
- Cara CastelliSeptember 30, 2010There is a great 7-eleven in the hotel with a new coffee bar! Great deals for anything you need while staying at the hotel
- Liz GJune 1, 2013The free shuttle service is clutch. Joe (the driver) has strong opinions on the steelers.
- Tip the shuttle drivers. There all very nice and put up with a lot of shit daily.

- Bryon MatsunoFebruary 19, 2012I got a complimentary downgrade. Perhaps they need to stop upgrading people and allow the people who actually booked the better rooms get what they paid for!!! Boo!
- Doubletree By Hilton PittsburghSeptember 5, 2010At check in, ask for a complimentary upgrade. You'll get one if it's available.
- Compared to the bellagio in Vegas, this place is gorgeous! <3
- Debbie LawsonDecember 16, 2010Food is good, but slow. Wait staff not that friendly, low energy. Menu changes, breakfast buffet ends 10am-nothing tells you that. Serves until 11. TV is not flat screen, not HD, & limited channels.
- Doubletree By Hilton PittsburghSeptember 3, 2010Order the Grilled Cheese Sandwich from the Bigelow Grille
- Lilly NoltaJanuary 23, 2010Checking in....nice hotel. Received chocolate chip cookies up on check in!
- Rita G.June 17, 2013Pricy hotel and we didn't even have a fridge or microwave in the room and no free breakfast. Also had to pay extra for parking.
- Bar here is OK, but try the Tap Room at the William Penn Hotel about a block away...
- Frank LizzadroOctober 14, 2012This hotel needs some work. Lots of minor issues, like broken mirrors and broken flush handle on the toilet. Not a well trained staff.
- Doubletree By Hilton PittsburghDecember 18, 2010Coming in January - Special discounts with zipcar.com
