- Jess DanielsJune 16, 2014Horrible. LONG lines (1+ hr) to just to get to the counter. An additional 30 minutes to get the car. Prepaid online and were still met with $100+ in additional fees. Understaffed and undertrained.
- Bob QFebruary 6, 2014Don't rent here. Long wait (40 minutes) in line. Another long wait (over 1 hr) for them "to get the vehicle ready". After all that the reserved class of car was not available.

- Sarah FitzgeraldJuly 25, 2011Do your research before paying for toll road. We were told there was no avoiding the toll. Using GPS we avoided it completely. Map out your route to see if it's beneficial. We wasted $38.
