Great pool, beach, rooms. The food is too expensive for what you get. Car valet is a mess, staff is ok but not up to standards for this kind of hotels.
Awesome valet staff, wonderfully renovated rooms, must-see spa!

Edward RoskeJanuary 23, 2011Vegetarians be careful. I asked for vegetarian pasta at the cafe and they made it with chicken broth. Then they argued that it wasn't chicken until the chef came out and admitted it.
absolutely no free wifi in your room. They'll make you pay for it?!! What a ripoff. At least in cheaper hotels they give you free wifi, you should have free wifi for how much you have to pay for food.
time to eat at the westin breakfast brunch buffet and watch the waves
