- The Friday bootcamp is amazing at 6am with Rich this is the best gym in Seminole. If you're a group fitness person they have a ton of classes.
In regards to Donny P. 's comment, the comments before his that you speak of are actually from paying members; they don't work at the gym. Just wanted to clarify. ;)- Best gym I have ever been a member of! Clean, Never crowded, Friendly staff, wonderful place to work out!
Great gym! Never feel crowded or wait for a machine great staff too and no I don't work here but I do workout :)- Great clean gym. Ramel 6 AM bootcamp is well worth it. Very friendly & knowledgable staff. Don't go to LA Fitness
