good, but not impressive. the kobe-beef burger and fries were good, but some cheek of beef was a bit tough still - would probably have been better with more time and less heat.
Gerd Hammes is leading the culinary team since January 2012. He was honoured with several awards & 2 michelin stars. His motto suits very well with the image of the Bleibtreu to only process and offer high quality products and prepare those in a regional manner with Mediterranean influences.
