Best parking (IMHO) is the 'private lot' in Horton Plaza (a block north). Part of the mall's multi-floor parking, but has its own private entrance on 1st Avenue at F Street. ($10)
lori zitoApril 10, 2011Parking can be tough on the streets; just park in the Horton Plaza garage, get your tik validated inside for 3 hours, and exit on G St to get to the salon.
