We bake a 18 inch thin crust that is cut into 6 large slices. Fresh basil, parmesan cheese, oregano, and crushed red peppers are available upon request.

From our dough to our hand shredded cheese and fresh sliced toppings, nothing is ever frozen! As we get started on this adventure our menu is simple and delicious. In coming months we hope to mix in organic local produce and exotic toppings.
