Definitely work with Crystal Anne. She was my bridal consultant. She was amazing. She actually listens to what you want and will make sure that you get what you want.

I went to Alfred Angelo in Tampa, last week. The experience was the complete opposite! I saw Jewell she was very nice, listened to what I like and dont like, wrote my name and styles for next time.

Staff was not friendly and seemed bothered that we wanted to look around. This was my first experience shopping for bridal gowns... way to make it awkward ladies!

Ask for becca, she's the only legit one there. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't go back! They are not helpful at all except for becca!

Today. I said no I just got engaged, I have no idea of what style I want but theres a few I want to try on. Needless to say, she was an evil bitch. The WORST customer service, way to make a sale!
