    They don't carry any dresses for braids maid that have lace or any detail like that. Also the wedding dresses they have only come in white or ivory. For a store that big they need more options!

    Apparently appointment times here mean absolutely nothing. They will let you sit around for an hour avoiding speaking to you. I will never come back here. Completely unprofessional.

    Very slow service. Some rude staff, especially one of the managers. Some of the staff are unorganized. Being made to wait 30 minutes after my original appointment time is not okay.

    Super slow service. Stop double and triple booking. When i show up for my 1pm appointment that means service begins at 1pm not 1:30pm.
