Nice, but pricey classic Italian spot in the mission. Mint tagliatelle was fresh and semolina battuta was incredible. Paired with Chianti. Good for a date or small group.
Solid salad lunch spot with inventive ingredient combos. My go-to is the Orchard, but there are often great seasonal salads as well. Yes it’s > $15 for a salad.

Awesome hipster coffee shop on Helsinki harbor. Espresso and almond croissant were an excellent combo. Packed with local creative folk.

Incredible culinary experience that deserves the Michelin stars. Who knew corn meal and black truffle work so well? The desserts and fruits were on point!
My favorite restaurant in Oakland. It's all about the apps: mac n cheese, bone marrow, padron peppers, garlic prawns...all served in a super trendy space.
