A wonderful shop on Rue du Bac, they make their own Armagnac which you can buy from any year dating back to 1905.

A warm evening is a nice time to find a bar along the St. Martin canal. The bakery by the Abbesses metro stop (with red poppies on the sign) is one of my favorites. Get the chocolate tart.
